Animated preschool series ‘The Cat in the Hat knows A Lot About That! And ‘DOKI‘s international distributor Portfolio Entertainment has announced its multitude of sales deals in Asia and the Pacific Rim right before MIPCOM.
Discovery Networks Asia-Pac has purchased DOKI season one (26 x 30’) and three DOKI specials (3 x 30’) for the Pacific Rim including Australia and New Zealand and DOKI season two (26 x 30’) for Central and South Asia and the Pacific Rim. The second season of DOKI has been bought by Mediacorp in Singapore and EBS in South Korea with EBS also picking up the three half-hour DOKI specials. IFlix through Vision Plus has acquired season one of the Dr. Seuss-inspired animated series The Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That! (40 x 30’) for the Philippines and Thailand.
In this series, The Cat along with best friends Sally and Nick go on magical journeys into the natural world where every outing becomes an unpredictable adventure. The series follows the curious dog Doki and his five friends as they travel the world and explore distant lands and cultures, while satisfying the questions of inquisitive preschoolers. The three specials offer kids a unique DOKI experience through musical, dancing and pirate adventures.
